President James Lentz plans to stick to his guns and tell skeptical lawmakers Tuesday that the company's unwanted acceleration problems do not stem from electronic defects, a copy of his testimony shows. 2015 Audi Q3 is coming to America with 200 hp

Audi has been selling the Q3 crossover overseas for a few years now, but it is set to make its United States debut at the Detroit auto show before hitting dealerships this fall. The 2015 Audi Q3 will complement the new A3 lineup, which includes a sedan, cabriolet and sportback, while expanding the automaker’s luxury crossover/SUV stable. The Q3 will get power from Audi’s workhorse 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, making 200 hp and 207 lb-ft of torque in this application.

Fifth-generation BMW M5 teased in new video

BMW is preparing a fifth generation of the high-performance M5 sedan. We expect to get a turbocharged V8 making about 550 hp and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. BMW plans to roll out the new M5 at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
